Unique Recycling Gassing System:
To compliment our range of powder filling machinery, and in response to customer demand, PLF has designed its own in-line gassing system, which reduces residual oxygen in packaged product to minimal levels to extend shelf lift. The PLF design incorporates extensive safety features together with a unique gas recycling system, which reduces expensive gas usage significantly.

Aromatisation System:
A new aromatising concept developed by PLF Internaitonal combines very gentle product handling with fine control over dosage and with flexible operation. Though it was developed originally for a customer to aromatise and flavour coffee, it is easily adjustable for adding flavourings, vitamins and other elements to a wide variety of particulate products. The unit can be integrated into a PLF filling machine, or can be stand alone.
