“This project has been many months in the making”

Powder filling machine China bound

A new 15 Head PLF powder filling machine for baby milk formula is being shipped to China as part of a major processing line upgrade.

On arrival in the South East Asian country, the new 15 head machine will be met by a team of PLF technicians, where it will be installed and commissioned in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements.

Commenting on the project, Mark Emond, CEO of PLF International, said: “This new machine has been carefully engineered to gently handle powdered milk during the filling process. With no moving parts in contact with the powder during the vacuum filling process, our machine significantly reduces the risk of contamination.

“This project has been many months in the making and it is testament to our superb engineering capabilities that this project will be delivered on time, on budget and to the very highest standards.”
